New Feature: Life of a Blogger

I’ve been brewing this idea for several weeks, and I’m excited to finally launch it!

What is it?

It’s a weekly feature. Each week I will choose a subject and talk about that subject in my life. The topics will be non-bookish so that you can get to know me on a more personal level! I definitely encourage you guys to participate, too. I want this to be meme style with a linky for you to add your posts to. I want to know more about you guys as well!

When is it?

Every Thursday. It doesn’t really matter when you post, though, just remember to come back and add your link to the linky!

Look for the first post next Thursday – next week’s topic is: Favorite bands!

Deets!

I’ll be making a list of upcoming topics to put into the feature’s page in my menu. However, if there’s something you want to know, or want to talk about, feel free to submit a topic suggestion!

  1. Whooo!! This is a great idea! I loved the next week topic,I’ll definitely join next thursday. My co-bloggers & I would definitely love to share our favorite bands. And can’t wait to see who’s yours:))

  2. I love this idea and cannot wait to see your posts! There was a meme that existed for a brief period of time that had a similar idea behind it, I think it was called Behind the Blogger Monday or something? I can’t quite remember. But I know I enjoyed getting to know the blogger outside of books because sometimes it seems that that’s all we are – walking book advertisements! I look forward to seeing what you come up with :)

    • Thanks Asti! I hadn’t heard of that one…I looked it up, and it looked fun! I’m sorry I missed participating in it. I’m going for non-bookish things, though! I made a list of topics in my Features menu, if you think of anything you want to add let me know! You’re awesome at that :)
