I’ll have you know, it took hours of work to get the characters as close to a perfect match as I could get to the ones in my head. But I’m finally done and I’m very pleased with the cast I picked!!

So, without further ado…

 

Alex Pettyfer
as JACE WAYLAND

Surprised? Yes, I know, EVERYONE picks Alex for Jace. But that’s just because he’s so darn perfect for him!!

  

 

 

 

Karen Gillan
as CLARISSA FRAY
 
I’ve seen a lot of people pick Emma Stone, and while I love her, I don’t think she’s suitable for Clary. I do like Hollywood’s pick of Lily Collins for the movie (releasing in 2013), but Karen is how I really picture her face in my head.

Alright, so I really didn’t want to pick her, but her face kept floating up in my mind everytime Camille had a part. I don’t like her much, but she could totally pull of the sophisticated, elegant, and manipulative vampire.

    This is an AWESOME list! I had to quickly scroll through to find out who you cast as Magnus, because you’d need to find just the right person for that role — and you NAILED it! I seriously need to read book 5, like ASAP.

    OMG, these guys are perfect. :D I love who you casted for Magnus. :D Love that guy. And Alex for Jace is awesome, and he was actually suppose to play him, but then he dropped out because he wanted to play more adult roles. GAH! HE’S HOT! WHY NOT! Anyway, Jamie Campbell Bower is know playing Jace. And Lily Collins is okay. Not sure how I will like her with red hair. :D

    I don’t like who they have playing Valentine in the movie. He doesn’t look like what he’s supposed to, and now my only question is: What is Sebastion going to look like, when he’s not in disguise? Sorry, I refuse to call him Johnathan because that is Jace’s name, and Sebastion doesn’t deserve it! I don’t mind who you picked to play Jace Wayland, but he looks too old to me. Jace was a 17 year old boy, and Jamie looks perfect as him. His body, his hair (especially the way it seemed to curl behind his ears, so cute), and his eyes were beautiful. I thought he was an angel when I looked at him. He was perfect. They could have picked someone else to play Clarry, but she was ok I guess. But, I like who you picked to play her. She looks a lot better than Lily.
