Last week’s topic: Siblings

Well…honestly, this is an easy post for me. Why?
I have no shame.
Seriously! Very little embarrasses me. I don’t get embarrassed by tripping and falling or by bodily functions. There’s only three times I can remember ever feeling truly embarrassed….story time!
1) At a high school dance one of my “friends” pulled a chair out from under me and I fell. No, I wasn’t embarrassed about falling. What I was embarrassed about was that when I fell my legs flew up and I accidentally flashed my crush, who was sitting right in front of me (I had panties on, but still).
2) I had this little black dress that I wore to K-mart once with my mom and boyfriend at the time. After returning home my mom was walking behind me and she said, “I can see your buttcheeks.” I thought she meant the shape/outline so I told her that was the point of a thong. She replied, “No…I mean I can SEE your buttcheeks.” The dress was see-through and I didn’t know. Sad part? My boyfriend noticed and didn’t say anything.
3) At a family gathering somehow in conversation it got brought up that the teddy bear lamp that had been in my room for as long as I can remember was half of a baby monitor. I had to ask if it still worked….use your imagination haha!
So in conclusion, I suppose the only things that can embarrass me are people accidentally seeing too much of my, ah…lady parts…and my whole family finding out too much about my personal life.
Your turn! Make your own post telling everyone about things that embarrass you and link up :)
Next week’s topic: Collections
Yikes! All of those are pretty bad. I actually can’t decide which is the worst!
Bahaha! Those are some pretty nasty ones. :P LOL at “No…I mean I can SEE your buttcheeks.”
I honestly don’t get embarrassed that easily. I’ve flashed people (because I had a best friend in middle school who loved to pants me), tripped, said things that sound so extremely sexual in non-sexual situations, etc.
I can only think of one thing that was SO INSANELY EMBARRASSING, and I’m still not even ready to talk about. Let’s just say it happened in front of Coding God and I’m amazed that he still married me. It’s like.. the most embarrassing thing ever. I think I won’t be ready to talk about it for another 5-10 years. And it’s already been like 2.
LOL! I would have been embarrassed in all those situations too! I think the baby monitor one is possibly the worst – to think they knew it was a baby monitor the whole time and didn’t tell you. Parent’s dream I guess, though there some things you really don’t want to hear as a parent! For me it’s how clumsy I am – because I take clumsy to a whole new level. OH and the fact that I accidentally added my link twice and I’m pretty sure the first one is wrong… yep. I’m also ditzy…:P
Bahahaha — this list is too funny! I agree with you though, I don’t get embarrassed too easily either, probably because I’m constantly doing klutzy things! In fact, just last Saturday, I fell off a chair in a restaurant =P
OMG I think I’m dying! This was hilarious! In a good way of course. ;) I can totally relate to number two. I always have something embarrassing going on and my mum/friends decide not to tell me until we’ve gotten back. ==’
It’s been so long since I’ve done a Life of a Blogger post but I think that it’s time for my return! This topic is absolutely perfect.
Haha, I would’ve been so embarrassed with those situations too (especially the baby monitor lamp, yikes! lol). Like you, I don’t normally get embarrassed easily, but I have had VERY embarrassing moments happen to me. The one embarrassing moment that will haunt me forever involved my “monthly gift”, walking around all day at school, and no one telling me until my last class that I had a spot on the back of my pants! Ugh, even thinking of it now makes me cringe! D: lol
I’m definitely joining in on Life of a Blogger next time, I love the idea of getting to know bloggers better! :)
