OH MY GOD JAY WHY DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO BREAK MY HEART?! I should have known this would end in tears. IT ALWAYS DOES. *sigh* I’m not usually a fan of novellas because most of the time they only tell a more detailed story of what you already know. But I loooved this one! I freaking love the arashitoras, and reading in the POV of one of them again was like having a little piece of Buruu back. (I […]

Gods, I don’t know how to get my whirling thoughts into a coherent review! If you’re going to read this book, have a box of tissues ready. And maybe a therapist. My heart has been shattered into a million tiny pieces! How I looked while reading Kinslayer: Mr. Kristoff has outdone himself in this breathtaking sequel! I’ve been dying to get my hands on this book for months, and had to wait patiently (not) for my library to order it. Then I got it, and I was nervous to finally read it, because what if I got my hopes up too high? What if it wasn’t worth the hype? There were VERY mixed reviews on Goodreads, after all. Either love or hate, with almost nothing in between. I am extremely happy to say that I fell […]

I. Love. This. Series. Each and every book is amazing in its own right, and someday I’ll write a review for each. But as for this book, it was an incredible end to a great saga.   Ash goes through so much and overcomes so many trials in the Iron Knight just for the hope to be with Meghan. He puts it all on the line for love, and I adore him for it. It was really interesting to see […]
