I’m afraid this is yet another book that has second book syndrome for me, sadly. It just didn’t have the magic that the first book had! I still highly enjoyed Rick Yancey’s writing style. It was so much fun to read this series again! I’m still surprised by how much I had forgotten about this series. It never really stuck with me the way The Wayfarer Redemption did, but it was amazing nonetheless!
