I love that Ali and Cole are finally at an understanding in this book. All of the arguing and hot and cold BS they had going in the last book drove me crazy!! I think I mentioned in my review of Between the Lines that I would have never looked twice at these books based off of the covers. Gosh, what can I say about this series that I haven’t already said?! It’s unlike anything I’ve ever read before! My favorite part of this series by far is the characters. I love them so much! Tess, Simon, Meg, Sam, Grandfather Erebus, Jenni, Vlad, Nathan…I love them all! Anne Bishop’s characterization is awesome! Tess is definitely my favorite. She’s so badass!
