Review: Cress by Marissa Meyer

I’m going to be honest, Cress annoyed the crap out of me. Out of all three of the main characters introduced in this series so far, she is by far my least favorite (with my favorite being Scarlet, of course). Thorne reminded me sooo much of Flynn Rider!! (So obviously, I loved him immediately.) Scarlet was so awesome! She is definitely my favorite of the series (I read Cress before writing this review). Beauty and the Beast is one of my favorite Disney movies (other than The Lion King, of course), so naturally I enjoyed this book and I recommend it to any other fans of the Disney movie. It doesn’t quite live up to the original, but it was a cute and quick read! The way Kyle acted in the beginning made me sick. He is under the impression that ‘ugly’ people are worthless and that the so-called beautiful people are the […]
