Going into this book, I honestly didn’t think I was going to enjoy it as much as I did! This book surprised me in a good way! I absolutely loved the format. Honor above life. This book is dark. Gritty. Violent. But it felt raw and realistic, and was heartbreakingly beautiful! What a kickass viking fantasy!
