Gosh, what can I say about this series that I haven’t already said?! It’s unlike anything I’ve ever read before! My favorite part of this series by far is the characters. I love them so much! Tess, Simon, Meg, Sam, Grandfather Erebus, Jenni, Vlad, Nathan…I love them all! Anne Bishop’s characterization is awesome! Tess is definitely my favorite. She’s so badass! Anne Bishop has a way with words! While this one didn’t quite have the magic that Written in Red did, it was still amazing! I think the best part of this series by far is the characterization.
